Payment Options:

We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express & PayPal. We do not accept cash or personal checks.

Sales Tax:

All packages shipped within Florida will be charged 7% sales tax on the total amount. Orders shipped out-of-state are not accessed sales tax.

Shipping:

We ship USPS First Class Mail for domestic orders and USPS Global for international orders.

***Precious Peas reserves the right to offer special discount shipping at certain advertised times.  At all other times the normal flat shipping rate will apply.

Delivery Times: 

Orders are usually shipped within 7-10 business days of receipt of order unless otherwise noted.

Order Cancellation, Refund and Return Policy: 

Order Cancellation:

Orders can be cancelled by logging into our site and viewing your account page.  Orders cannot be cancelled once the item has been shipped.

Return Policy: 

If you ordered a wrong item, please contact us right away and we will be happy to exchange the item for you. 

If you receive an item and would like to return it please contact us for a reference number.  Will will gladly accept returns as long as we are contacted, the item is returned within 10 business days and is in unworn/unused condition.  Your refund will be issued back to the credit card used to pay for the item less shipping fees. 

***Shipping charges for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer and shipping charges will not be refunded.

Refunds:

Customer will be given a full refund if the item is returned in the original packaging and is unworn/undamaged.  Processing of refunds may take up to 15 days from receipt/cancellation of the item.

Sizing: 

Please be aware that sizing is different with all manufacturers.  Please review the size chart for the item you are interested in ordering (if available).
