Tulip Fairy Costume

This wonderful fairy dress up has two layers of shimmery pink organza with a delicate scalloped edge overlaid a china silk under skirt. The bodice is made of stretchy pink crushed velvet, and the skirt is highlighted with six iridescent fabric petals and three pink and white pansies.
